Part one of the Art of Erotic Flow workshop series has arrived 

Join facilitator Dalal Rahme for a 90-minute somatic journey into erotism, pleasure, and sensual embodiment. Through breath, sound, and movement, we will soften into presence and meet ourselves with compassion, tenderness, and love.

Guided somatic practices and spiral movement open the door to intuitive dance, self-intimacy, and authentic expression. We’ll close with a sharing circle and option to stay for a community potluck afterwards, bring a dish to share as we nourish body, heart, and community
