This Thursday evening at @highvibesvictoria, step beyond the noise and into resonance.
Offered by the From Embers collective, this ceremonial sound bath marks the first collaborative journey of @illannmusic and @seele_geist with gentle energetic holding from @reconnectnrise. Layered frequencies, voice, and vibration guide participants into an altered state, where the thinking mind softens, time stretches, and the body becomes receptive to subtle change.
Throughout the journey, Ayurvedic marma therapy will be offered by certified ayurvedic health practitioner Jasmin Olpinski-Kopiec, activating subtle energetic points to invite release, balance, and remembrance within the body.
A return to harmony, guided by sound and touch.
Notes:
Marma therapy is a hands-on healing modality from Ayurvedic medicine. Similar to acupressure, it uses gentle or deep pressure on the marmani (acu points). Hands on adjustments are made, alongside use of the tuning fork for additional depth and aligning. The points activated during a marma session have significant crossover with the meridian system used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Marma can be used for general relaxation, pain relief and deep activation in the body, often bringing out buried emotions. Marma is a non-invasive yet powerful therapy which can benefit every body.
The treatment can be provided fully dressed however bulky clothes should be avoided to provide easier access to these vital points.
