Wild Soda Workshop

Come learn the art of wild fermentation using the natural yeasts found on wild plants and local foods. In this hands-on workshop we will explore seasonal foraged botanicals, seasonal flavors, and a simple fermentation technique to create a living, sparkling beverage.
